I praise You, Lord, that You are intimately acquainted with my ways and that You always love me and have my best interests at heart.
May I be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, may I let my requests be known to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
May I prepare my mind for action and be self-controlled, setting my hope fully on the grace to be brought to me at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:13
Take a moment to offer this day to the Lord and ask Him for the grace to grow in your knowledge and love for Him.
Where does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell? It is hidden from the eyes of every living thing and concealed from the birds of the air. Destruction and Death say, “Only a rumor of it has reached our ears.” God understands its way, and He knows its place. For He looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens. Job 28:20-24
As one who has believed in God, I want to be careful to devote myself to doing what is good. These things are good and profitable for everyone. Titus 3:8
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:10-12
Lord, I thank You that You are the source of all wisdom and that You delivered me from the slavery of death. I thank You that Christ is the door of salvation, and I ask that I would devote myself to doing good and to loving others.
