The Beautiful, Rainy Waiting Days

On the long surrendered days of weekends that God allows us the joy and privilege of serving others, one thing remains. He faithfully carves moments in days that are a gift, a word in due season and moments where love holds your heart.

Smiles, caring souls, hugs, compassion, new relationships, renewed opportunities, answered prayers, prayers lifted, protection, safe races, grace that is pure and meaningful, new stories, hearts in need and the amazing faith seen through the eyes that depend on our message of God’s love, mercy and grace.
This was one of those beautiful, rainy, waiting days. The kind where God is very near, honored and magnified. I cannot imagine my world without the treasured moments of life shared with such amazing people. A community that gathers hearts @ the place that Monty and I call home. A most certain gift that remains an eternal reward and our great joy and crown.

“So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10

  1. Thank-you for sharing your blog, I love your way of writing. I too have collected from our recycling center many beautiful items. And my favorite color is yellow!
